Non-Disclosure and Teaming Agreement's for Government Contractors

Contract Types for Government Contractors
Great Introductory Course - and a "should be required" refresher course. This course is a review and discussion of FAR Part 16 and the definition of various Contract Types. Topics covered include the weight of risk, factors to be considered when selecting contract types, and guidance for selecting a contract type appropriate to the circumstances of the acquisition.
Market Research & Commercial Items
A deep-dive into FAR Parts 10,11, and 12. This course delves into what is a commercial item. We discuss commerciality of nongovernmental and commercial off-the-shelf items. Teaches the student to consider all aspects of when, where and how an item is used, and if it meets the government’s requirements. There are in-depth discussions on modifications of commercial items.
Cost Accounting Standards (CAS)
A discussion of Government Contracting Cost Principals and Disclosure Statements. A look at Allowable and Non-Allowable Cost, Cost Reasonableness, and the determination of Allocable Cost. All CAS elements are explored in detail. Students will gain an awareness of CAS requirements and Cost Accounting Principles as they relate to Procurement and subcontracting.
